I am making this post to fully explain the situation that happened on Friday the 13th for my friends so that they can hear my side of the story from me.
The morning of the 13th started out with a look at the bank account like every payday. I noticed that the amount was some what lacking compared to normal. I didn’t think much of it as I got to work, but soon after looking into my pay stub it became aparent. I figured that they would cut a check as they had before. A few minutes went by and I was told that the pay that was missing was going to be put on another paycheck, this had happened a couple times before and I was upset but wanted to know why. When I was told that the system had messed up and not recorded things right for a week it made me think about the fact that our pay system has virtually no form of checks and balances. Being that it is not payed by the hour but uses a form of math that stephen hawking would go (computer voice here) “holy cosmos, this makes less sense than a black whole pulling all things including time into the center” or something like that.
As I had stated from day one. Mess with my schedule all you want, but when it comes to pay I do not tollerate being messed with. When told that it would cost acs $100 dollars to print a single check, my thought on the matter was that was strike number 3.
Thoughts on abc pay the way it is implemented at that project.
-promised great pay rate
-Work your ass off
-Get awesome stats
-Make acs a crap ton of money
=And get payed pennies on the dollar that acs charges clients for.
=get payed no where near what is said to be your fullest earning potential
=and work hard to get a csat that states you were the best employee ever, but the customer fills out negative csat and there is no way to argue it even when the customer says you rocked their socks off.
Would I suggest working for acs?
-nope
-Would I ever work there again?
= not even if jesus told me it was the only way to get me into heaven.

Please take care of yourselves, I know that a huge amount of you can’t afford to do what I did, neither can I honestly. But I have options now to get paid a fair wage and know that rate + hours – taxes = take home pay.
